If you need new teeth, you owe it to yourself to ask us about getting All-on-4® dental implants in Hackensack, NJ. They can help you:
With our team’s training in this advanced technique, you could be enjoying your replacement teeth sooner than you thought was possible. Call 201-366-7001 to get started with a free consultation at Summit Dental.
Dental implants have been a wonderful addition to modern dentistry. They can support crowns, bridges, and dentures. Today, innovations like All-on-4 have made the implant placement process:
With All-on-4® Dental Implants, you need only four implants to keep your new smile from shifting around. To get the full benefit of those implants, they need to be placed carefully and correctly. To ensure this, we use three-dimensional imaging software to determine if your jaw is healthy enough for implants and, if so, precisely where they need to go.
We also understand if you might have some dental anxiety about this or any other implant procedure. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about this process. We also can explain how we use sedation dentistry to keep you pain-free during your procedure.
All-on-4® Dental Implants are possible because of how the implants are placed in your jaw. Two implants are placed vertically near the front of your mouth, and the two implants in the back are angled. This process can spare you the need for a bone graft, a bone tissue replacement for people whose jaws may not be able to support standard implants.
Many patients also can receive a temporary denture on the same day they get their implants with this treatment. That means you won’t have to wait for weeks or months before you have a complete smile again.
If you are tired of living without teeth or fighting with loose dentures, then you should contact us to talk about All-on-4® Dental Implants in Hackensack. Call Summit Dental today at 201-366-7001. You can also make an appointment online.

Great dentist and staff. Very glad I chose to come here for my dental visit. Definitely recommend to friends and family!
This was my first visit at a new dentist office and I was nervous to get my checkup. I enjoyed my hygienist Carmen, the cleaning it was very thorough and the staff was very professional. I will definitely be back for my 6 month visit!
Dr. LaPera had been my dentist for 15 years. He is extremely professional and has a wonderful pleasant manner. I recommended him to a friend from NYC and she now goes regularly. I am fortunate to have found him when I moved from NY.
Excellent dental practice. I have been a patient for 20 years. The doctors and staff are professional, on time and caring. Great communication and they always put the patient’s needs first. I have recommended Summit Dental to other friends who have also been highly satisfied. My teeth love these guys.
This is the best dentist I have been to. The place is very clean they have been sanitizing everything down before covid-19 came into existence. The doctor is the best dentist i know of he is very kind, patient, and gentle. His work is perfect.
I would highly recommend this dental practice for all dental care. Dr. Le Pera is a true perfectionist and his care for the patients is his main priority. My experience is my main focus to this review. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Carmen, the Hygienist, is also a wonderful asset to the practice. She is thorough with her cleanings and care for her patients. Definitely an A+
Loved my hygienist Carmen. She gave me lots of helpful tips and didn’t use electric tools to clean. I loved this because I have a lot of sensitivity and the electric tools exacerbates my symptoms. Which means she listened to my worries and honored them. Dr. Le Pera is awesome as always and keeps me well informed.
Really the best dentist I could ever ask for. I know they are a trusted source and Dr. L is truly one of a kind. Someone who genuinely cares about his clients- it always feels like family. I do all my work here- what I love is that if Dr. L is super honest – and if he knows of someone better suited for a particular procedure he will tell me transparently and recommend the best. No dentist can beat him. He doesn’t look to do more work than needed and always takes a conservative approach to help retain your natural teeth as much as possible. (Important to me since I’ve broken my 3 front teeth in half due to a fall and he’s done brilliant veneers). The receptionist and support staff are lovely as well. And if you need a cleaning ask for Carmen – she’s fantastic.
From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the thorough cleaning by Carmen the Hygienist, to the professional and gentle exam by Dr Le Pera, my experience was terrific. I’ll be back!
All-on-4 dental implants use an innovative implant procedure that requires just four implants to secure an entire arch of new replacement teeth. Rather than using an implant for each replacement tooth, your dentist will insert four implants in exact locations (with two of the implants at angles) and attach your teeth to them.
The exact cost for an All-on-4 procedure can vary depending on your circumstances. Until we’ve had a chance to meet with you one-on-one, it is difficult to give you an accurate estimate. We’ll be happy to examine your mouth, take a set of images, and work up a treatment plan so you know what your cost will be.
Most All-on-4 patients will receive their new teeth the same day they get their dental implants. These will be temporary teeth to use until your final restorations have been made and your gums have had a chance to heal. Over the course of a few months, your dental implants will fuse with your jawbone and become a permanent part of your mouth.
We will administer local anesthesia to numb your mouth prior to your All-on-4® procedure. This should eliminate any discomfort. However, if you’re worried about pain, you can also receive sedation. Most patients can control any minor pain they feel after the procedure with over-the-counter medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Discomfort typically won’t last more than a day or two.
We can see you as soon as tomorrow!
