Improving your smile doesn’t have to be complicated. Our dental veneers in Hackensack:
The sooner you visit Summit Dental, the sooner you could be enjoying nicer-looking teeth. Call 201-366-7001 to make your appointment with us. Discover what veneers could do for you.
Veneers may be the most versatile cosmetic service that we provide. You can use them to fix all of these issues:
Veneers work by concealing your teeth. They are like small shells, which we bond to the front of your teeth to change your smile’s appearance. You can get veneers for individual teeth or your entire smile.
At Summit Dental, we also offer a variety of types of veneers. A vast majority of our patients receive prepless veneers. These do not require us to remove any enamel from your teeth. For porcelain veneers, we will need to remove some enamel so your veneers fit correctly without affecting your appearance. We’ll be happy to discuss the differences between our e.max and cerinate veneers so you can make the right choice for you.
Many patients have been surprised by how dramatically veneers can change what they see in the mirror. In a matter of a few weeks, you could have what looks like a complete smile makeover. Your smile can look whole, evenly spaced, straight, and as bright as you would like. Veneers can last for several years with proper care, and they are more stain-resistant than natural teeth, too.
You won’t see your better smile if you don’t do something to make a change. Call 201-366-7001 to visit Summit Dental and talk to one of our doctors about getting dental veneers in Hackensack. We’re open several evenings each week.

Great dentist and staff. Very glad I chose to come here for my dental visit. Definitely recommend to friends and family!
This was my first visit at a new dentist office and I was nervous to get my checkup. I enjoyed my hygienist Carmen, the cleaning it was very thorough and the staff was very professional. I will definitely be back for my 6 month visit!
Dr. LaPera had been my dentist for 15 years. He is extremely professional and has a wonderful pleasant manner. I recommended him to a friend from NYC and she now goes regularly. I am fortunate to have found him when I moved from NY.
Excellent dental practice. I have been a patient for 20 years. The doctors and staff are professional, on time and caring. Great communication and they always put the patient’s needs first. I have recommended Summit Dental to other friends who have also been highly satisfied. My teeth love these guys.
This is the best dentist I have been to. The place is very clean they have been sanitizing everything down before covid-19 came into existence. The doctor is the best dentist i know of he is very kind, patient, and gentle. His work is perfect.
I would highly recommend this dental practice for all dental care. Dr. Le Pera is a true perfectionist and his care for the patients is his main priority. My experience is my main focus to this review. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Carmen, the Hygienist, is also a wonderful asset to the practice. She is thorough with her cleanings and care for her patients. Definitely an A+
Loved my hygienist Carmen. She gave me lots of helpful tips and didn’t use electric tools to clean. I loved this because I have a lot of sensitivity and the electric tools exacerbates my symptoms. Which means she listened to my worries and honored them. Dr. Le Pera is awesome as always and keeps me well informed.
Really the best dentist I could ever ask for. I know they are a trusted source and Dr. L is truly one of a kind. Someone who genuinely cares about his clients- it always feels like family. I do all my work here- what I love is that if Dr. L is super honest – and if he knows of someone better suited for a particular procedure he will tell me transparently and recommend the best. No dentist can beat him. He doesn’t look to do more work than needed and always takes a conservative approach to help retain your natural teeth as much as possible. (Important to me since I’ve broken my 3 front teeth in half due to a fall and he’s done brilliant veneers). The receptionist and support staff are lovely as well. And if you need a cleaning ask for Carmen – she’s fantastic.
From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the thorough cleaning by Carmen the Hygienist, to the professional and gentle exam by Dr Le Pera, my experience was terrific. I’ll be back!
In most cases, you should expect your new veneers to last a minimum of 10 years. Much of the durability of your veneers will depend on the types of foods you eat and your oral care routine. If you tend to eat hard, sticky foods that can damage your veneers, they will not hold up as long.
Dental veneers are thin pieces of material that your dentist will bond to the front side of damaged or flawed teeth. They come in a variety of shades and translucencies, so you can get the exact look you want. Veneers work so quickly to transform a dull smile into a masterpiece that they’re sometimes called “instant orthodontics.”
Today’s dental veneers are typically made from high-quality porcelain. Porcelain is a type of ceramic that closely mimics natural teeth in terms of its look and light-reflecting qualities. There are many types of porcelain veneers available, some that require tooth modification and others that don’t. As an alternative, zirconia veneers provide slightly more durability but look a little less natural than porcelain.
Dental veneers cannot be whitened like natural teeth can. That’s why we recommend our patients whiten their teeth to their desired level of whiteness before getting veneers placed. Once your teeth are as white as you’d like them, we can match your new veneers and create a radiant smile you’ll love. Periodic whitening touch-ups will keep your smile perpetually white.
We can see you as soon as tomorrow!
